	Graeme King - Chief Executive Officer Graeme (53) is a Chartered Accountant. He started his career in the accountancy profession auditing and advising across a diverse range of businesses. Thereafter he worked in various executive director roles in the printing, publishing and media industries for twenty years before joining QD Group in 2005. In leading the company, Graeme believes QD Group is strategically well positioned to grow strongly in the future and is passionate about the company and its prospects, believing that with its range of quality products supported by superior technical service and training QD have a winning formula. He is a former President of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry, former President of Print Media South Africa and was a founder and Chairman of the Orphans of Aids Trust. Graeme is married with three children. He is a keen golfer and enjoys bird watching and reading.
	Tom Kenny - Executive Director Research and Development Tom (64) was a co-founder of the QD Electronics company in 1978. He matriculated in Ireland, qualified with a telecommunication certificate from the Royal School of Signals and a telecommunication certificate from the City and Guilds of London. His career took him from the Royal Signals Corp to Smiths Aviation (now GE), to the SABC and Chubb before co-founding QD. Tom is responsible for conceptualising and bringing to fruition with the R&D team all new products for the Electronic Security and Radio divisions. Tom is married with two children. He is a keen hiker and lists Kilimanjaro, the Inca trail and Everest Base Camp amongst his feats.
	Justin Fletcher - Sales Director Electronic Security Justin (33) qualified from Durban University of Technology with N3 and S3 certificates in Electronic Engineering. He is currently completing a B Com through Unisa. He joined QD Electronics in 1998 as a Repair Technician and has held various positions within QD including managing the KZN branch during record years of growth from 2004 until 2007. He was appointed to head group sales for Electronic Security in 2007 and is currently Sales Director Electronic Security which involves coordinating the national sales effort of all branches and directing the Technical support and Training departments. Justin is active in industry associations and is a member of the Gauteng committee of the South African Intruder Detection Services Association (SAIDSA), represents QD Group at The Security Association of South Africa (SASA) and ESDA and is registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and ICASA. Justin is married with two children. He is an avid swimmer and has recently taken up golf.
	Phillip van der Merwe - Sales Director Asset Protection Phillip (35) was appointed Sales Director Asset Protection in July 2009. He has previously held senior sales management positions in the consumer electronics industry with Samsung, Ster Kinekor Games, BSC Technologies and LG Electronics. He has completed a Business Management Programme through Unisa and took part in a leadership and Management programme with LG Digital. Phillip is engaged and has two children. He is a keen mountain biker in his spare time.
	Robert Carr - Research and Development Manager Asset Protection Robert (36) qualified as a mechanical design engineer in Manchester, England. He has over 15 years of experience in design consulting and project management in various engineering disciplines. He is head of the Reasearch and Development unit for the Asset Protection division and has responsibility for coordinating all project engineers. He is also head of the company’s quality initiatives and manages compliance for the ISO 9001 programme. Robert is married with two children.
	Nicholas Curle - General Manager Technical Services Nic (29) qualified in Electronics in Johannesburg after which he started his own import export retail business. He returned to the electronics industry and QD Group six years ago and was appointed to his current position and as a member of the company’s Management Committee in 2008. He is responsible for Service, Repairs, Training and Technical Support. Nic is newly married with no children as yet.
	Gina Reddy - Financial Manager Gina (40) is a qualified bookkeeper and has a certificate in Business Computing and a Financial Management Diploma from Damelin Management School. She joined the company in 1996 as a debtors and creditors clerk and moved into a financial management position with a subsidiary company in 2002. In 2005 the company divisionalised and Gina became Financial Controller. In December 2008 she was appointed Financial Manager and became a member of the company’s Management Committee in March 2009. Gina is married with three children.
