	Graeme King - Chief Executive Officer Graeme (55) qualified from Wits University with BCom and BAcc degrees and has been a registered Chartered Accountant (SA) since 1982. He started his career in the accountancy profession auditing and advising across a diverse range of businesses. Thereafter he worked in various executive director roles in the printing, publishing and media industries for twenty years before joining QD Group in 2005. In leading the company, Graeme believes QD Group is strategically well positioned to grow strongly in the future and is passionate about the company and its prospects, believing that with its range of quality products supported by superior technical service and training QD have a winning formula. He is a former President of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry, former President of Print Media South Africa and was a founder and Chairman of the Orphans of Aids Trust. Graeme is married with three children. He is a keen golfer and enjoys bird watching and reading.
	Justin Fletcher - Operations Director Justin (35) qualified from Durban University of Technology with N3 and S3 certificates in Electronic Engineering. He is currently completing a B Com through Unisa. He joined QD Electronics in 1998 as a Repair Technician and has held various senior positions within QD including managing the KZN branch during record years of growth from 2004 until 2007, General Manager Sales 2007 to 2009 and Executive Director Electronic Security during 2010/11. Justin was appointed Operations Director of QD Group from 1st September 2011 and is responsible for Production, Procurement, Training, Technical Services and Repairs. Justin is active in industry associations representing QD Group at The Security Association of South Africa (SASA) and is registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and ICASA. Justin is married with two children. He is an avid swimmer and has recently taken up golf.
	Phillip van der Merwe - Sales Director Distributed Products Phillip (37) was appointed Sales Director Asset Protection in July 2009. From 1st September 2011 the sales function has been split due to the growth experienced in the last two years and Phillip is now responsible for the sales of all distributed products including the Transtrack suite of cash management software products and hardware and consumables supporting these products. He has previously held senior sales management positions in the consumer electronics industry with Samsung, Ster Kinekor Games, BSC Technologies and LG Electronics. He has completed a Business Management Programme through Unisa and took part in a leadership and Management programme with LG Digital. Phillip has two children. He is a keen mountain biker in his spare time.
	Robert Carr - Research and Development Director Robert (38) qualified as a mechanical design engineer in Manchester, England. He has over 15 years of experience in design consulting and project management in various engineering disciplines. He is head of the Research and Development and has responsibility for coordinating project engineers and outsourced projects. He is also head of the company’s quality initiatives and manages compliance for the ISO 9001 programme. Robert is married with two children.
	Nicholas Curle - Sales Director Manufactured Products Nic (31) qualified in Electronics in Johannesburg after which he started his own import export retail business. He returned to the electronics industry and QD Group six years ago and was appointed as a member of the company’s Management Committee in 2008. He is responsible for sales of manufactured products including cross pavement carriers, electronic locks, dye protection systems and for all new installation projects. Nic is married with no children as yet.
	Gina Reddy - Financial Director Gina (42) is a qualified bookkeeper and has a certificate in Business Computing and a Financial Management Diploma from Damelin Management School. She joined the company in 1996 to manage debtors and creditors and moved into a broader financial management position with a subsidiary company in 2002. In 2005 the company divisionalised and Gina became Financial Controller. In December 2008 she was appointed Financial Manager and became a member of the company’s Management Committee in March 2009. Gina is married with three children.
